The second setting of firepower is about 600W, which can melt the whole pot of soy wax about 5 mintues, the high temp will be arrive to about 260°F.
Different settings will have different speeds to melt wax, but it can not show accurate temperatures to you.
Candle Melting Pot has two level for you to choose, you can set "I" or "II" to start your candle making project, note the wax pot could not show you the temperature of the wax for you during candle making process, but you can control the switch (turn the knob) to control the temperature of the wax, please don't worry, just turn on and off the machine, keep stirring continuously, the wax melting pot would help you to control the temperature of the wax, that you can make a beautiful candle in the end!
